GUELPH, ON — TheStable.ca’s annual Spring Open House will be held at Woodbine-Mohawk Park on Sunday, May 8. The event features brunch in the Mohawk Harvest Kitchen overlooking the track where TheStable.ca two-year-olds will train in sets.
The sets will also be livestreamed on TheStable.ca website and social media. A list of the horses in each is available on pages 4 – 5 in the program:
Prizes totaling more than $1,000 will be awarded to clients through random draws during the event.
TheStable.ca merchandise will also be available for purchase (cash only) during brunch.
TheStable.ca 2-year-olds will begin training in sets on the track starting at 10:00 a.m. EST (livestream available at www.TheStable.ca)
Brunch is served 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Mohawk Harvest Kitchen.
Brunch tickets are $25/person and must be purchased in advance. (Price includes tax and gratuity.)
Once seated, attendees choose from one of these brunch options: (all include choice of coffee/tea/juice/soft drinks)
- Continental breakfast – mini muffins, mini danish, mini croissants, fresh fruit salad, mini yogurt
- Traditional Breakfast – scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, home fries, toast, fresh slice of fruit
- Choice of beef/chicken/vegetable burger & French fries

Saturday, May 7 – Jog A Horse
Clients are welcome to visit their horses at Tomiko Training Centre any time during regular business hours (7am – 2pm) but on May 7 we’re offering the opportunity to jog a horse. Only 10 spots available. No cost but a donation to OSAS is encouraged.

Are the brunch prices the same for children?
Yes.
I’m not interested in brunch. Can I still attend the track to watch my horse?
Yes.
Will I be able to enter the race paddock to visit my horse on May 8?
Woodbine-Mohawk Park has advised us that only AGCO-license holders will be permitted access to the paddock. We encourage you to visit your horse at Tomiko Training Centre on Friday or Saturday.
