Lebanon, OH — Yo Mister captured the $30,000 Final of the Dr. Dan Farwick Memorial at Miami Valley Gaming on April 19, clocking the score in in 1:54.1 to equal his career mark.
Driven by Brett Miller for trainer Stacey Van Huizen, the trio has seen the winner’s circle in four of the trotter’s five starts this season — four of those victories have been consecutive, and the last three have been a sweep of the Farwick Memorial.
The four-year-old is a career winner of nine races and $272,055.
He is owned by 39 clients in TheStable.ca.
The 2022 edition of the Dr. Dan Farwick Memorial Final was also won by a starter in TheStable.ca. L Dees Patrick romped to a 1:55 victory in last year’s edition for Anthony MacDonald and Jason McGinnis.
Dr. Dan Farwick, the namesake of the race, was a respected southwest Ohio veterinarian for decades, spending much of his time helping horsepeople on the backstretch of Lebanon Raceway.
